作者研制了用于高压造型生产铸铁、铸钢件的醇基涂料.该涂料采用石墨粉、铝矾土和锆英粉三种不同耐火填料,三种耐火填料配制的醇基涂料,均能满足涂料各项工艺性能要求,能使铸件表面粗糙度达到GB60601—85:Ra≤12.5μm,铸件表面光洁不粘砂.本涂料采用锂改性膨润土和助剂“D”使醇蒸涂料的悬浮稳定性在8小时内达90%以上,华晋机械制造厂高压造型线采用此种醇基涂料.改善了铸件表面质量消除了铸件粘砂缺陷.
