在加气砖的生产过程中,承载和运输用的钢制底板常常板结混凝土。一直以来都是人工利用坚硬工具进行敲击、铲削,费时费力,效率低下。自动铲渣机的设计成功,是手工铲渣向机器铲渣的工业革命。它能使工人从繁重的体力劳动彻底解放出来,而且效率大大提高。本设计依据曲柄滑块原理,将电机的旋转运动转换为往复运动,实现铲切动作,铲刀采用高锰弹簧钢片,具有较强的韧性和弹性,能提高铲刀寿命同时保护底板。本设计工作原理清晰明确,结构简单,造价低,非常具有使用和推广价值。
