用石蜡包埋和ＨＥ染色法，在光镜下观察了１２只杂种成年狗升主动脉的连续切片。在升主动脉和主动脉弓移行处及主动脉瓣附着处都观察到典型的软骨组织。这些部位出现软骨组织对主动脉的弹性和左心室出口可能产生明显的血流动力学影响。
Paraffin embedding and HE staining were used to observe the continuous ascending aorta of 12 hybrid adult dogs under light microscope. Typical cartilage tissue was observed at the ascending aorta and aortic arch migration and aortic valve attachment. The presence of cartilage tissue at these sites may have significant hemodynamic effects on aortic elasticity and left ventricular outlet.
