近年来,随着对纳洛酮作用机制研究的深入,其应用范围不断扩大,被广泛地应用于治疗休克、脑卒中、重症颅脑损伤、心肺脑复苏、急性呼吸衰竭、急性肺水肿,以及乙醇、一氧化碳、苯二氮(?)类药物及有机磷农药中毒的抢救等疾病,特别是纳洛酮对心血管的保护作用研究,取得了令人鼓舞的进展。为此,笔者就纳洛酮对于心血管的保护作用及机制作一综述。
