土壤酸度是土壤的一种重要性质。一般认为,交换性铝是土壤酸度的主要来源。通常测定土壤交换性铝采用氯化钾—中和滴定法,它是由交换性酸与交换性氢离子相减而得,其结果准确度不高。氟电报的问世,为研究土壤中的铝提供了一个十分有用的工具。到目前为止,它已被用来测定土壤中的全铝和研究土壤中活性铝与植物生长的关系。 本文将报道有关用氟电极测定土壤中交换性铝的一些研究结果。 一、仪器与试剂 (一)仪器 氟离子选择性电极(南京土壤所);参比电极:饱和甘汞电极;DD_2型电极电位仪;磁力搅拌器:DZ—1型滴定装置;平板pH玻璃电极;2毫升微量滴定管。
Soil acidity is an important property of the soil. It is generally believed that exchangeable aluminum is the main source of soil acidity. Usually measured by soil exchange aluminum using potassium chloride - and titration method, which is exchangeable acid and exchangeable hydrogen ions subtract derived, the result is not accurate.
