建筑工程施工中,基础施工是土建施工中的一项重要工作。基础的形式多种多样,桩基础由于其适用范围广、承载力的高、沉降小、抗震性能好等优点,而普遍适用于各种工程项目。但是桩基础施工工期长、相对造价较高、施工技术复杂,其多用于场地土质条件较差的多层建筑或高层建筑中。基础施工对建筑质量影响重大,一旦基础发生不均匀沉降或失去承载力,将引起上部结构的开裂甚至破坏。因此,土建施工中应该加强桩基础土建施工技术研究,提高桩基础施工质量。
In the construction of the building, the basic construction is an important work in civil construction. Because of its wide range of application, high bearing capacity, small settlement and good seismic performance, pile foundations are widely used in various engineering projects. However, the pile foundation construction period is long, the relative cost is high, the construction technique is complicated, and it is mostly used in multi-story buildings or high-rise buildings with poor soil conditions. The basic construction has a significant impact on the quality of the building. Once the foundation has unevenly settled or lost its bearing capacity, the cracking or even the destruction of the superstructure will be caused. Therefore, civil engineering construction should strengthen pile foundation construction technology research, improve the quality of pile foundation construction.
