水下灌注桩是自密实混凝土应用较早、使用最广泛的一种工程部位,如果混凝土性能不能满足设计要求,将会对整个工程结构安全留下重大安全隐患。本文主要采用L_(16)(4~5)正交设计方法,根据不同胶水比(水胶比)、浆体体积率、粗集料级配、细集料细度模数、砂率得出不同混凝土配合比,通过力学性能、坍落度、扩展度、T_(500)时间、粗骨料振动离析率等指标检验混凝土性能,最终分析出各配合比参数对水下灌注桩自密实混凝土性能影响。
Underwater pile is self-compacting concrete application earlier, the most widely used engineering site, if the performance of concrete can not meet the design requirements, it will leave a significant safety hazard for the entire structural safety. In this paper, orthogonal design method of L_ (16) (4 ~ 5) is adopted. According to different glue ratio (water to binder ratio), slurry volume fraction, coarse aggregate gradation, fine aggregate fineness modulus and sand rate Different concrete mix ratio, the performance of concrete was tested by mechanical properties, slump, expansion degree, T 500 time, coarse aggregate vibration segregation rate and other indicators. Finally, the effect of each mixing ratio parameters on the performance of underwater self-compacting concrete piles influences.
