多处损伤(MSD)是老龄飞机关注的焦点之一。提出了计算多处损伤铝合金加筋板的应力强度因子的工程方法。用工程方法和有限元方法分别计算了多处损伤铝合金加筋板的剩余强度,进行了三种类型9件铝合金加筋板的剩余强度试验。主裂纹和多裂纹用钼丝切割制备。估算结果与试验结果具有良好的一致性,满足工程精度要求。结果还表明,MSD明显降低了加筋板的剩余强度。
Multiple injuries (MSD) is one of the focuses of aging aircraft. The engineering method for calculating the stress intensity factor of the aluminum alloy stiffened plate with multiple damages is proposed. The residual strength of multi-damaged aluminum alloy stiffened plates was calculated by engineering method and finite element method respectively. The remaining strength of three types of 9 stiffened aluminum alloy plates was tested. The main crack and multi-crack prepared by molybdenum wire cutting. The estimated results and test results have good consistency to meet the requirements of engineering accuracy. The results also show that MSD significantly reduces the residual strength of stiffened panels.
