本文报告我科近两年来应用中西医结合治疗男性有合并症淋病69例,取得满意效果。对男性有合并症淋病,先肌注壮观霉素控制症状,同时采用中药内服和外用,紧紧抓住湿热、肾虚、瘀血三个环节,辩证施治,其余皆随证加减。治疗结果总有效率100％,治愈率81.16％。通过临床对比观察,我们认为中西医结合治疗男性有合并症淋病,快速高效,安全无毒副作用,值得推广。
This article reports our department in the past two years, the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of male patients with congenital gonorrhea 69 cases, and achieved satisfactory results. Male patients with comorbid gonorrhea, first intramuscular injection of spectinomycin control symptoms, while using traditional Chinese medicine and external use, and firmly grasp the hot and humid, kidney, blood stasis three links, dialectical treatment, the rest are with the card addition and subtraction. Treatment of the total efficiency of 100%, the cure rate of 81.16%. Through clinical comparative observation, we believe that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of men with complications of gonorrhea, rapid and efficient, safe and non-toxic side effects, it is worth promoting.
