X荧光光谱法(以下简称X荧光法)是目前国内首饰含金量检验广泛采用的一种方法。该方法简单、快速,不损坏样品。但该方法误差大,导致检验结果、特别是含金量处于临界值附近的检验结果,可靠性差。当前不少质检机构单纯采用X荧光法无损检验首饰的含金量,容易造成首饰成色检验的误判、错判。为了保证检验结果的正确、可靠,X荧光法应与密度法、火试金法结合使用,扬长避短,满足检验工作的需要。现将这三种方法的原理、特点以及相互结合的问题,做一个简单的介绍。
X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (hereinafter referred to as X-fluorescence method) is the gold content of a widely used method of testing. The method is simple, fast and does not damage the sample. However, the error of this method is large, leading to the test results, especially the gold content in the vicinity of the critical test results, poor reliability. At present, many quality inspection institutions simply use the X-ray fluorescence non-destructive testing of the gold content of jewelry, easily lead to misjudgment, wrong judgment jewelry fineness test. In order to ensure the test results are correct and reliable, X-fluorescence method should be combined with density method and fire test method to avoid weaknesses and meet the needs of inspection work. Now these three methods of the principle, characteristics and the combination of the problems, make a brief introduction.
