家兔60只,随机分成3组,每组10只供心兔,10只供血兔,采用在体循环灌注离体心脏模型,对心肌缺血后控制性再灌注压力和流量对再灌注损害的影响进行了研究。结果显示:调压控灌组(Ⅱ组)在心肌肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶(CPK-MB)、心肌含水量(MWC)、心肌丙二醛含量(MDA)以及超微结构检查几方面明显优于实验对照组(Ⅰ组)和恒流组(Ⅲ组)(P<0.05),Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组差异不显著(P>0.05)。提示:再灌注早期适当减低灌注压力和流量,有利于心肌缺血的恢复。
Sixty rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, 10 rabbits in each group and 10 rabbits in blood donation. The effects of pressure and flow of controlled reperfusion on myocardial reperfusion injury after myocardial ischemia Were studied. The results showed that in the control group (group Ⅱ), the levels of CPK-MB, MWC, MDA and ultrastructure were significantly higher (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ (P> 0.05). Tip: early reperfusion appropriate to reduce perfusion pressure and flow, is conducive to the recovery of myocardial ischemia.
