目的采集食物中毒人员肛拭子和粪便、就餐人员食品样本进行病原学检测,调查细菌性食物中毒的原因。方法以现场流行病学调查方法进行调查,以生化分型方法和Sensititer Autoreader微生物鉴定分析仪鉴定菌株。结果从49例食物中毒人员的肛拭子和粪便、就餐人员食品样品中检出4株类志贺邻单胞菌。结论这是一起由类志贺邻单胞菌引起的细菌性食物中毒。
Objective To collect food poisoning anal swabs and excrement, food samples of food for etiological testing, to investigate the causes of bacterial food poisoning. Methods A field epidemiological survey was conducted to investigate the strains. The strains were identified by biochemical typing and Sensititer Autoreader microbial identification analyzer. Results Four strains of P. cholerae were detected from the samples of food samples from the rectal swabs and stools of 49 food poisoning individuals. Conclusion This is a bacterial food poisoning caused by Pseudomonas shchi.
