目的探讨载脂蛋白(apo)AI-CⅢ基因簇多态性与冠心病的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测104例汉族健康人和47例冠心病患者的apoAI-CⅢ基因区域PstI、SacI酶切位点上限制性片段长度多态性(RFLPs)及血脂、脂蛋白含量。结果冠心病组P-等位基因频率(0·117)显著高于对照组(0·067,P<0·05),P-等位基因与冠心病患者血清LDL-C升高及HDL-C降底有相关趋势。冠心病组S+等位基因频率(0·309)稍高于对照组的(0·274)。结论apoAⅠ基因PstⅠ位点的P-等位基因可能是冠心病的遗传易患因子。
Objective To investigate the relationship between polymorphism of apolipoprotein (apo) AI-C Ⅲ gene cluster and coronary heart disease. Methods PstI and restriction fragment length polymorphisms (RFLPs) of apoAI-CⅢ gene in 104 healthy Han Chinese and 47 CHD patients were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) Protein content. Results The frequency of P-allele in CHD patients (0.177) was significantly higher than that in the control subjects (0. 067, P0.05). The levels of serum LDL-C and HDL- C down trend related. The S + allele frequency (0.309) in CHD group was slightly higher than that in control group (0.274). Conclusion The P-allele of apoAⅠ gene may be a genetic predisposition to coronary heart disease.
