中药的各种治疗高血压配方中常用豨莶草。动物实验中曾证明其水浸液和30％乙醇浸出液有降低麻醉动物血压的作用。降压药物作用的机理虽很繁多,但很多都是通过影响交感神经功能而使血管舒张的。本文拟用与身体保持神经联系的兔耳及离体兔耳标本,观察豨莶草对血管运动的作用。并初步探讨其作用机理。
