首次从理论上研究了掺钛蓝宝石晶体中Ti3+离子浓度对脉冲式激光泵浦的掺钛蓝宝石激光器的输出特性的影响。并用五种不同Ti3+离子浓度的掺钛蓝宝石晶体进行了实验研究,实验结果与理论计算符合得较好。
For the first time, the effect of Ti3 + ion concentration on the output characteristics of pulsed laser pumped Ti: sapphire laser was studied theoretically for the first time. Five kinds of titanium-doped sapphire crystals with different Ti3 + ion concentrations were also studied. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculations.
