2006年是湖北仙桃市实行初中毕业综合素质评价工作的第一年。评价内容为“道德品质与公民素养”、“学习能力与实践能力”、“交流与合作”、“运动与健康”、“审美与表现”五个方面,共28项。内容具体,涵盖面广,标准明确,宜于操作。为了客观、公正、科学、全面考查学生的成长,学校把“综合素质评价”延伸到了基础年级,建立了学生“成长档案”,规范了学生“成长记录”,使学生综合素质评价工作长效化,机制化。
