目的:研究当归补血汤理化表征参数与其益气补血功效的关系,探索利用理化参数表征中药汤剂质量的可行性。方法:采用4种提取工艺(8倍量水提取1次,每次1 h;8倍量水提取3次,每次2 h;10倍量水提取3次,每次1.5 h;12倍量水提取3次,每次1 h)制备当归补血汤,测定其25℃时的表面张力,pH,电导率和渗透压;将77只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性组和当归补血汤1,2,3,4号组,每组11只,给药8 d(10 g.kg-1.d-1),第5天开始ip环磷酰胺40 mg.kg-1.d-1,连续3 d,第8天ip环磷酰胺80 mg.kg-1,末次给药1.5 h后测定小鼠体温和外周血象;将55只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和当归补血汤高中低剂量组,研究高中低剂量(20,10,5 g.kg-1.d-1)对环磷酰胺所致血虚小鼠的体温和外周血象的影响;最后,关联理化参数、药效和主要活性组分含量,并对试验数据进行统计和回归分析。结果:经过多项式回归分析,理化参数值与组分含量和药效的综合评分之和、药效综合评分的相关系数均大于0.920 0,说明当归补血汤的理化表征参数、组分含量和益气补血药效3者的相关性显著。结论:当归补血汤理化参数与其益气补血功效相关性强,初步表明可利用上述特征参数来表征当归补血汤体系的内在质量。
Objective: To study the relationship between the physicochemical properties of Danggui Buxue Tang and its effect of supplementing qi and blood, and to explore the feasibility of using traditional Chinese medicine to characterize the quality of traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Results: After the polynomial regression analysis, the correlation coefficient between the physical and chemical parameters and the total score of the component content and the drug efficacy, the correlation coefficient of the comprehensive efficacy score was greater than 0.920 0, indicating that the physical and chemical characterization parameters of Dangguibuxuetang, Correlation between blood-activating efficacy 3 was significant. Conclusion: The physicochemical parameters of Dangguibuxuetang is highly correlated with its efficacy of invigorating the qi and invigorating the blood, and it is preliminary indicated that the above intrinsic parameters can be used to characterize the intrinsic quality of Dangguibuxuetang system.
