针对城市化进程中旧建筑拆除重建与否的问题,文章从开发商的角度针对旧建筑的功能更新、结构鉴定、结构加固和施工组织四个方面,浅析了对旧建筑进行改造活化中每一阶段的方法与措施,特别是对于改造活化的实施方式、安全性问题、施工效率等提出了针对性的见解与建议,目的是把旧建筑改造活化成现代化与多样化的公共空间,以延续旧建筑对于城市的记忆。
