对幼儿来说,体育既能促进幼儿的健康成长,还能体现游戏、语言、数学等综合科内容。《幼儿园教育指导纲要》要求:“幼儿园要开展丰富多彩的户外游戏和体育活动,培养幼儿参加体育活动的兴趣和习惯,增强体质,提高对环境的适应能力。”因此,幼师要培养幼儿的创造能力,要利用体育活动这一比较简便的方式进行训练,更好地发展幼儿的思维能力,陶冶身心健康,培养意志力。
