目的:探讨Bobath疗法在脑瘫康复中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析86例佛山南海区第四人民医院脑瘫患儿的临床资料,根据是否采取Bobath疗法进行分组;对照组39例采取常规治疗,观察组47例在常规治疗的基础上采取Bobath疗法治疗,包括上肢及躯干训练、下肢训练;对比两组患儿康复前后的粗大运动功能评估量表(GMFM)评分,根据脑瘫儿童综合功能评定量表评分改善情况,综合评价患儿的康复效果,并作对比分析。结果:康复前,观察组与对照组的GMFM评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);康复后,观察组与对照组的GMFM评分均较康复前明显提高,康复前后GMFM评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组康复前后GMFM评分差值为(17.56±9.63)分,大于对照组(12.74±7.42)分,经T检验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组康复总有效率为93.62%,大于对照组的总有效率76.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Bobath疗法在脑瘫康复中的应用效果确切,可明显提高患儿的粗大运动能力,降低患儿的残疾程度,对于改善预后具有积极作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Bobath therapy in cerebral palsy rehabilitation. Methods: The clinical data of 86 children with cerebral palsy in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Nanhai District of Foshan City were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into groups according to the treatment of Bobath. The control group of 39 patients received routine treatment. The observation group received Bobath therapy on the basis of routine treatment Treatment including upper limbs and trunk training and lower limb training. The scores of GMFM scores before and after rehabilitation were compared between two groups. According to the scores of children’s comprehensive functional assessment scale improvement, comprehensive evaluation of children’s rehabilitation effect, And for comparative analysis. Results: Before rehabilitation, there was no significant difference in the GMFM scores between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05). After rehabilitation, the GMFM scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those before rehabilitation, and the differences of GMFM scores before and after rehabilitation were statistically significant (P <0.05). The difference of GMFM score of the observation group before and after rehabilitation was (17.56 ± 9.63) points, which was greater than that of the control group (12.74 ± 7.42) points. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) The total effective rate of rehabilitation was 93.62%, which was greater than that of the control group (76.92%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Bobath therapy in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy is definite. It can significantly improve children ’s gross motor ability and reduce the degree of disability in children, which has a positive effect on improving prognosis.
