公路通,百业兴。面对广西农村公路总里程数长、构成等级分布不平衡、通畅数量不高、面广、线长、点多等特点与现状,以及养护的资金较少、技术等级较低、抗灾能力较差、日常管护难度大、养护与管理人员素质偏低等困难与问题,建议建立健全完善广西农村公路养护以及管理制度、建立一支具有较高专业素质的农村公路养护队伍、落实公路养护与管理日常工作所需资金、管理与养护分离并以“发包”的形式推向市场、定岗明责落实农村公路养护管理的主体等,不断加强对农村公路的管养,进而提升农村公路的使用功能与寿命,促进广西农村的经济发展和广大农民的生活水平作贡献。
