目的比较RhD阴性冰冻红细胞库和RhD阴性悬浮红细胞库2种RhD阴性血液供应模式的差别。方法2014年3-12月为冰冻红细胞库模式,2015年3-12月为悬浮红细胞库模式,统计分析RhD阴性血液发出量和解冻红细胞、冰冻红细胞的制备情况。结果 2015年3-12月与2014年同期相比,RhD阴性血液发出量下降18.8%,悬浮红细胞发出量增加8.6%,解冻红细胞下降53.7%(P<0.05),冰冻红细胞制备量增加5.6%。结论 RhD阴性悬浮红细胞库模式能够保证RhD阴性血液供应,提高血液利用率,降低制备风险。
Objective To compare the differences in the two RhD-negative blood supply patterns between RhD negative frozen red blood cell bank and RhD negative floating red blood cell bank. Methods From March to December in 2014, the model of frozen red blood cells was obtained. From March to December of 2015, the model of suspended red blood cells was collected. The amount of RhD-negative blood and the preparation of thawed red blood cells and frozen red blood cells were analyzed statistically. Results Compared with the same period in 2014, RhD negative blood output decreased by 18.8%, suspended erythrocyte emission increased by 8.6%, thawed erythrocytes decreased by 53.7% (P <0.05), and frozen red blood cell production increased by 5.6%. Conclusion RhD-negative levocyte bank model can ensure RhD-negative blood supply, improve blood utilization and reduce the risk of preparation.
