本文系统地说明了从边界条件,瞬态温度场和热应力场三个方面研究石墨喉衬热应力问题的方法。导出了横向同性材料轴对称瞬态温度场、热应力场的有限元公式。据此,对φ184和φ205喉衬进行了数值计算。分析讨论了获得的计算结果。
This paper systematically illustrates the method of studying thermal stress of graphite throat from three aspects: boundary conditions, transient temperature field and thermal stress field. The finite element formula of axisymmetric transient temperature field and thermal stress field of transversely isotropic material is deduced. Based on this, the numerical calculation of φ184 and φ205 throat linings is carried out. Analysis and discussion of the results obtained.
