研究了两种烧银电极对SrTiO3 环形压敏电阻器性能的影响 ,并与In Ga合金进行比较。发现两种电极与瓷体分别形成欧姆和非欧姆接触。其中非欧姆接触造成试样的压敏电压U10mA和非线性指数α增大、介电损耗tgδ下降。分析了试样的微观界面 ,认为烧银电极与瓷体之间 3 0 40 μm厚的强还原金属锌层是形成欧姆接触的关键。
The effects of two kinds of silver-burning electrodes on the performance of SrTiO3 ring varistors were investigated and compared with In Ga alloys. The two electrodes were found to form ohmic and non-ohmic contact respectively with the ceramic body. The non-ohmic contact caused the sample voltage-sensitive voltage U10mA and nonlinear index α increases, the dielectric loss tgδ decreased. The microscopic interface of the sample is analyzed. It is considered that the strong reduction of zinc metal layer with a thickness of 300 μm between the silver electrode and the ceramic body is the key to ohmic contact.
