铁道部科技局、工业总局、机务局召集内燃机车柴油机锻钢曲轴离子氮化工艺技术鉴定会,于1982年12月18—20日在二七机车厂召开,出席会议的有国家经委质量管理局、戚野堰机车车辆工厂、四方机车车辆工厂、资阳内燃机车工厂、大连热力机车研究所等24个单位。曲轴离子氮化工艺是北京二七机车厂和铁道部科学研究院金化所共同承担的部级科研项目。它与气体氮化工艺相比,在缩短生产周期、减小变形量、降低返工率、减少加工量和节约用电等方面具有明显的经济效益。经试验研究,已试生产出180根离子氮化曲轴装车运

The crankshaft ion nitriding process is a ministerial-level scientific research project shared by Beijing Erqi Locomotive Works and Jinhua Institute of Science and Technology under the Ministry of Railways. Compared with the gas nitriding process, it has obvious economic benefits in shortening the production cycle, reducing the deformation, reducing the rework rate, reducing the processing volume and saving electricity. After the pilot study, has been trial production of 180 ion nitriding crankshaft mounted car
