环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP),是一项适用于核酸检测新型分子生物学技术。该技术弥补了血清学检测,PCR等现在普及检测技术中存在的灵敏度、误差率、使用成本、操作难度等方面存在的不足,达到快速,准确,简便地检测病原的效果。国内目前陆续将LAMP应用于动植物各类病毒,细菌,寄生虫的病原核酸检测,为疫病防控、出入境检验等综合防控工作提供了快速、便捷、有效的检测手段。本文就中国国内目前对LAMP技术在病原检测中的应用及相关研究进行综合报告。
Loop mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a new molecular biology technique suitable for nucleic acid detection. The technology makes up for the lack of sensitivity, error rate, cost of use, difficulty of operation and other existing universal testing technologies such as serological testing and PCR, so as to achieve rapid, accurate and simple detection of pathogenic effects. At present, LAMP has been applied to the detection of pathogenic nucleic acids of various kinds of viruses, bacteria and parasites in plants and animals, providing a rapid, convenient and effective detection method for integrated prevention and control of epidemics, exit-entry inspection and other comprehensive prevention and control work. In this paper, we present a comprehensive report on the application of LAMP technology in pathogen detection and related studies in China.
