上消化道出血是小儿消化系统常见的急症之一,近年来有逐渐增多趋势。现将我院1989年9月至1999年6月收治的小儿上消化道出血经急症内镜检查的76例病因分析如下。男48例,女28例;年龄6岁～14岁;病程1天～3年。临床表现:黑便63例,呕血伴黑便13例。肝功能正常72例,HBs Ag阳性6例,凝血系统检查正常67例;血红蛋白<60g/L 7例,～90g/L 14例,～120g/L 55例。胃镜检查发现:
Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is one of the common emergency of children’s digestive system, in recent years there is a gradual increase in the trend. Now our hospital from September 1989 to June 1999 admitted to children with upper gastrointestinal bleeding by emergency endoscopy 76 cases of etiology are as follows. 48 males and 28 females; aged 6 to 14 years of age; duration of 1 day to 3 years.
