目的 :了解人鼻咽癌细胞CNE2 对各种抗肿瘤化疗药的敏感性。方法 :体外噻唑蓝还原 (MTT)试验法。结果 :1 3种抗肿瘤药对CNE2 细胞均有明显的杀伤作用 ,其中有 1 0种抗肿瘤药的半数抑制浓度 (IC50 )在 2 0 μg/ml以下 ,另 3种药的IC50 为 2 7.3～ 53.91 μg/ml。结论 :人鼻咽癌细胞CNE2 对临床应用的各类抗肿瘤药是敏感的。
Objective: To understand the sensitivity of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2 to various anti-tumor chemotherapy drugs. Methods: In vitro thiazolium reduction (MTT) assay. Results: All of the 13 kinds of antineoplastic agents had a significant killing effect on CNE2 cells. The IC50 values of 10 kinds of antineoplastic agents were below 20 μg / ml and the IC50 values of the other 3 drugs were 2 7.3 ~ 53.91 μg / ml. Conclusion: Human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2 is sensitive to various antineoplastic agents in clinical application.
