近年来,气动微震造型机在铸造生产上的应用越来越广泛。但其设计,直到目前仍按类比或用经验公式的方法进行。这是因为,微震造型机的振动是非线性振动,其振动过程复杂,周期又短,用常规数学方法或用实验测试这一过程,都存在一定的困难。应用电子计算机进行数字模拟可以解决这一困难,并将为微震造型机的最优设计和理论分析以及实验研究开辟一条新的途径。
In recent years, the pneumatic microseismic molding machine in casting production more and more widely used. But its design, until now still by analogy or empirical formula method. This is because microseismic modeling machine vibration is nonlinear vibration, the vibration process is complex, short cycle, using conventional mathematical methods or experimental testing of this process, there are some difficulties. The application of digital computer simulation can solve this problem and will open up a new way for the optimal design, theoretical analysis and experimental research of microseismic modeling machine.
