本文通过化学分析、X-射线、差热分析及岩相观察,初步鉴定出蒸养粉煤灰硅酸盐混凝土的主要水化产物为合铝的水化硅酸钙[xCaO·(SiO_2·yAl_2O_3)·nH_2O]。 找到了水化产物,制品的密实度与制品强度的关系。在密实度大致相同的条件下,水化产物愈多强度愈高。 发现水化物的碱度与制品碳化稳定性有密切关系。当碱度达一定值后,制品碳化后强度就不再下降。
In this paper, chemical analysis, X-ray, differential thermal analysis and petrographic observation were used to identify the main hydration products of steamed fly ash silicate concrete as aluminum hydrated calcium silicate [xCaO·(SiO_2·yAl_2O_3) )· nH_2O]. The hydration products were found and the relationship between the compactness of the products and the strength of the products. The more strength the hydration product has, the more uniform the degree of compaction is. It was found that the alkalinity of the hydrate was closely related to the carbonization stability of the product. When the alkalinity reaches a certain value, the strength of the product does not decrease after carbonization.
