1故障现象2012年3月10日,高原HXD1C型3001号机车在西宁—格尔木间做型式试验时报辅助变流器(简称ACU1)均压电阻故障,将机车控制电源断开复位后,机车运行15 min左右继续报该故障,在隔离ACU1后,机车继续运行。2处理过程机车回段后,在检修库内模拟故障。升弓闭合主断路器后测量ACU1模拟信号入出板10A(SV7)、10B(SV8)和14B(中间电压),发现10A、10B孔电压从3.3V开始逐渐下降,电压下降到2.6V后(1 V对应电容电压100 V,电容正常均压330V),机车主断路器自动断开,同时上报“ACU1
