目的观察扶正逐毒丸对免疫抑制小鼠机体免疫功能的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组(环磷酰胺+生理盐水)、扶正逐毒丸大剂量组(环磷酰胺+扶正逐毒丸大剂量)、扶正逐毒丸小剂量组(环磷酰胺+扶正逐毒丸小剂量)4个组。除空白组外其他各组皮下注射环磷酰胺100mg/kg建立免疫抑制模型。给药14天后,进行CD4细胞、CD8细胞、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)检测。结果扶正逐毒丸能够提高免疫抑制小鼠CD4细胞、CD8细胞的百分数值,能够诱生免疫抑制小鼠模型机体血清中的TNF和IL-2及IL-8的含量。结论扶正逐毒丸对免疫抑制小鼠机体的免疫功能有较好的调节作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Fuzheng Zhudu Pill on immune function of immunosuppressed mice. Methods Mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group (cyclophosphamide + saline), high-dose Fuzhengzhu Duoleng group (cyclophosphamide + Fuzhengzhudu Pill large dose), Fuzheng Zhuto Pill low dose group (cyclophosphamide + Fuzheng Poison Pills in small doses) 4 groups. In addition to the blank group, other groups were injected subcutaneously with cyclophosphamide 100 mg/kg to establish an immunosuppressive model. After 14 days from the administration, CD4 cells, CD8 cells, interleukin 8 (IL-8), interleukin 2 (IL-2), and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) were measured. Results Fuzhengzhuduwan could increase the percentage of CD4 cells and CD8 cells in immunosuppressed mice, and could induce the levels of TNF, IL-2 and IL-8 in serum of immunosuppressed mouse models. Conclusion Fuzheng Zhudu Pill has a good effect on the immune function of immunosuppressed mice.
