目的探讨前列腺液脓球与卵磷脂小体计数与病原体培养的关系,提高临床诊断水平。方法对2002年9月至2009年9月间,我院泌尿外科门诊1 136例前列腺炎患者行前列腺液常规检查,计数脓球、卵磷脂小体,同时行前列腺液需氧细菌培养和支原体、衣原体培养。结果 1136例前列腺液标本中,有284例(25.0%)病原体培养阳性,共计培养出病原体3 1 3株。脓球数目为-、+、++、+++～++++时,病原体培养阳性率分别为20.1%,32.5%,67.6%,64.3%,卵磷脂小体数目为-、+、++、+++、++++时,病原体培养阳性率分别为68.2%,30.6%,19.7%,20.6%,24.3%。结论随着前列腺液中脓球数目的增加、卵磷脂小体的减少,病原体培养阳性率逐渐增高,有助于早期预估病原体培养结果。
Objective To investigate the relationship between pus and lecithin in prostatic fluid and pathogen culture, and to improve the clinical diagnosis. Methods From September 2002 to September 2009, 1 136 cases of prostatitis in our urology clinic were routinely examined with prostatic fluid, pus and lecithin were counted, and aerobic bacterial culture of prostatic fluid and mycoplasma were performed simultaneously. Conclusion With the increase of the number of pus in prostatic fluid, the decrease of lecithin and the positive rate of pathogen culture are gradually increased, which is helpful to predict the pathogen culture results in the early stage.
