在机械制造工业中,为了减轻工人的劳动强度,提高劳动生产率,常常使用振动落砂机。振动落砂机振动系统的机体质量为M,铸型的质量为m,且认为在振动过程中质量m保持不变,系统的刚度为K,这种振动机的力学模型如图1所示。
