小学生综合素质评价工作是素质教育评价观的直接表现,是改革考试制度的有力举措,对于学校明确办学方向,创新办学思路,促进人的和谐发展,具有积极的作用。多年来,和平里九小以《小学生综合素质评价手册》为基础,注重以课程改革为抓手,以创新学生评价为导向,突出综合素质评价,增加能力评价要素,形成了“四新”特色,即评价理念新、评价内容新、评价方式新、评价校本新。改革学生评价工作是落实学校人才培养目标的现实需要,在原有学生评价制度的基础上,我们以《北京市中小学生综合素质评价方案》为指导和依托,结合我校实际特点,建立了学生评价工作委员会,制定了一套学生综合素质评价体系。

On the basis of the original student evaluation system, we take the “Beijing comprehensive evaluation of primary and secondary school students” as a guide and rely on, with the actual characteristics of our school, established a student evaluation Work Committee, developed a set of student comprehensive quality evaluation system.
