蜕膜细胞是子宫内膜的间质细胞,在着床过程中由子宫的基质细胞分化而来并一直维持到妊娠终止。人蜕膜细胞离体培养容易生长,用离体培养的蜕膜细胞可以直接观察药物对人体子宫内膜的影响,是研究避孕药、具作用机理和宫内节育器引起子宫内膜出血机制的理想模型。用放射自显术观察离体培养的人蜕膜细胞,不仅可以避免整体实验时同位素对细胞的损害,而且可以在严格控制的条件下观察细胞的机能,有利于作单因素的分析。近年来,我们建立了离体培养人蜕膜细胞的放射自显影术,现简介如下。一、材料: 选从末次月经计算40~70天的人工流产的蜕膜组
