企业的经理是企业生产经营的指挥者和决策者,经理决策的科学与否,直接关系到企业的兴衰和存亡。目前我国正处于新旧经济体制交替的阶段,输油企业也处于由高度指令性计划向市场经济过渡的新时期。现就如何把企业的外部环境与企业的实际情况结合起来,达到主观与客观相统一,科学地决策企业的重大问题谈一点粗浅看法。
Corporate managers are the commanders and decision-makers in the production and operation of enterprises. The scientific decision-making of managers is directly related to the rise and fall of enterprises and their survival. At present, our country is in an alternating phase of the old and the new economic systems. Oil-carrying enterprises are also in a new phase of transition from a highly directive plan to a market economy. Now on how to combine the external environment of the enterprise with the actual situation of the enterprise to reach the major issue of unifying the subjective and the objective objectively and scientifically deciding the enterprise.
