回顾刚刚过去的2006年,社会上使用频率最高的两个词是“和谐社会”和“科学发展观”,和谐与发展是当今时代的主旋律。科学发展观,是新的历史时期经济社会发展的指导思想,被称为中国化的马克思主义最新理论成果。构建社会主义和谐社会,是社会主义核心价值观,这两个概念之所以能被全社会广泛的认同和接受,是因为它符合人类社会发屣的规律、符合社会主义建设的规律、符合共产党执政的规律。她既是客观的、博大精深的理论,同时可变成微观的、可操作的实践。从我们《林区教学》的办刊实践来看,正是遵循了“和谐”、“发展”的规律,才取得了今天的成就。所渭和谐,一是我们与广大读者的和谐。一个刊物如果没有稳定的、具有一定数量的读者群,是不能生存的,尤其像我们《林区教学》这样行业特色鲜明的刊物,只因为有广大林区乃至全国各地的教师、教育工作者的支持、厚爱,才不断地成长进步。我们把读者看成上帝,读者把《林区教学》当做自己的精神家园,正如一位资深的林业教育工作者在评价《林区教学》诗中描绘的那样“精神家园在何方?《林区教学》是故乡,森工教师淮不识,存风春雨育栋梁。”二是我们与广大作者的和谐。值得我们欣慰的是,多年来,我们已拥有了一大批热爱、关心、支持《林区教学》的作者群,他们把《林区教学》当做理论探索、经验交流的平台,展示教育、教学的研究成果,发挥各自的聪明才智。我们为广大教师、教育工作者设计了几十个栏目,尽量地贴近教学改革、课程改革、理论创新、教学实践,对一些重点栏目,我们经常向知名的专家、学者或有教育教学实践经验的作者约稿,以保证刊物的质量。对所有作者来稿我们一视同仁,进行认真地审读、修改、编辑,对修改幅度大的稿件提出修改意见,返给作者,限时寄回。正是有了编者作者之间的和谐,《林区教学》的稿源丰富,渠道畅通。三是我们与印刷单位和发行单位之间的和谐。印刷和发行,是办刊的两个重要的环节。我们与印刷单位严格履行合同的规定,要求每期刊物保质、保量、保工期,发现问题
