[目的]探讨放射性125碘(125I)粒子微创穿刺植入在治疗肿瘤方面的技术可行性和疗效分析。[方法]30例患者在B超或CT引导下作经皮穿刺到肿瘤内准确植入微型放射源,每颗放射性粒子空间间距均在2.0cm左右。每颗粒子放射性活度0.50mCi~0.80mCi,平均植入15颗。全部植入完后,对整个瘤体再进行超声定位,对冷区实行补种。[结果]30例患者随访3个月~18个月,除2例死亡外,随访期间原发病灶无一例复发,均得到了不同程度的控制,有效率为93%。患者症状改善明显,精神状况好,生活质量得到了明显提高。[结论]在B超或CT引导下125I放射性粒子植入治疗疗效确切,安全可靠。
[Objective] To explore the technical feasibility and curative effect of radioactive iodine (125I) microparticle implanted in the treatment of tumor. [Method] Thirty patients underwent percutaneous puncture guided by B-ultrasound or CT to implant micro-radioactive sources in the tumor. The spatial spacing of each radioactive particle was about 2.0cm. Each particle radioactivity 0.50mCi ~ 0.80mCi, an average of 15 implanted. After all the implants were completed, the entire tumor was sonicated again and the cold area was replanted. [Results] Thirty patients were followed up for 3 months to 18 months. Except for 2 deaths, none of the primary lesions recurred during the follow-up period. All of them achieved different degrees of control with an effective rate of 93%. Significant improvement in patients with symptoms, mental state, quality of life has been significantly improved. [Conclusion] 125I radioactive seeds implantation guided by B-ultrasound or CT is effective, safe and reliable.
