对20MnSiNbRe、20MnSiVNRe两种牌号的含稀土高强度耐腐蚀钢筋进行了研究,介绍了耐腐蚀钢筋的常规力学性能和金相组织,重点论述了实验室盐雾加速腐蚀、周浸加速腐蚀试验以及海洋实物挂片试验,探讨了稀土对提高钢耐腐蚀性能的作用。结果表明:含稀土耐腐蚀钢筋能满足GB 1499.2-2007对HRB400热轧带肋钢筋的常规力学性能要求;与普通钢筋相比,具有更强的耐腐蚀能力,尤其是20MnSiNbRe钢筋具有良好的耐腐蚀性能;钢中加入稀土能明显提高钢的耐腐蚀能力。
