今年以来,供销社经济出现萎缩,经营活动遇到了前所未有的困难。我地区供销社系统今年五月底止,商品纯销售较上年同期下降9.21％;资金周转一次较上年同期缓慢30.6天;实现利润较上年同期下降73.15％;有四分之一的企业发生亏损,亏损额较上年同期分别扩大1.5倍和5.02倍;发生产不抵债企业24户(其中基层供销社19户),产不抵债额达432.8万元。各种历史经济包袱达4,030万元,除专项挂帐停息外,还有3,124万元,按目前自身能力和盈利水平,逐步消化需要十多年的时间?而且困难因素仍在增加。
