在经济全球化的视野下,拓展海外市场已经成为大型企业跨越式发展的必然选择,由此衍生的涉外人力资源管理也成为摆在公司党委面前的一项重要课题。本文通过对中交三航局第三工程有限公司涉外人力资源的现状及问题分析,探索解决海外项目部人力资源匮乏、难以满足工作需要的有效路径,进一步盘活公司现有的人力资源,增强员工投身海外事业发展的积极性、主动性,为企业开拓海外市场提供充足高效的人力资源保障。
Under the vision of economic globalization, expanding overseas markets has become an inevitable choice for large-scale enterprises to leapfrog development. The derived foreign-related human resource management has also become an important topic in front of company party committees. This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the foreign-related human resources of China National ChiaoTong Sanitary Bureau No.3 Engineering Co., Ltd., and explores ways to solve the lack of human resources in the Overseas Projects Department and the effective path to meet the needs of the work. This will further revitalize the company’s existing human resources and enhance employees. To participate in the enthusiasm and initiative of overseas business development, and provide sufficient and efficient human resources for enterprises to explore overseas markets.
