Objective: To detect the expression of CD4 + CD25high regulatory T cells (Tregs) and Foxp3 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of ovarian cancer patients, and to explore its role in anti-tumor immune regulation and its clinical significance. Methods: The percentage of CD4 + CD25 + / CD4 +, CD4 + CD25high / CD4 + T cells and Foxp3 + T cells in PBMC of 75 cases of ovarian cancer were detected by flow cytometry. The expression of Foxp3 + T cells in CD4 + CD25 + Cases of normal control group for comparison. Results: The percentage of CD4 + CD25 + / CD4 +, CD4 + CD25high / CD4 + T cells and Foxp3 expression in PBMC of patients with ovarian cancer before treatment were significantly higher than those of normal control group (P <0.05) <0.05). Conclusion: The increase of peripheral blood T regulatory cells in patients with ovarian cancer may be one of the main causes of immune abnormalities. Regular detection of the above indexes in peripheral blood will help to understand the changes of patients with ovarian cancer and prognosis.
