课堂教学的有效性体现在课前的准确定位,课中的准确把握,课后的及时巩固上,教师的教学意识决定着课堂教学的效率。目标意识让教师从关注结果到关注方法;时效意识让教师把握重点,分清主次;大问题意识避免课堂节奏缓慢,问题细碎;练习设计意识让练习从形式走向内涵。教师可以通过“四大意识”的提升,改变自己的教学,实现课堂的有效性。
