用Taylor 幂法则和Iwao 的m—m 回归分析法测定烟田细毛蝽成虫和卵块的聚集强度后发现,成虫和卵块在烟田均为聚集分布,分布的基本成分都是疏松的个体群,成虫个体群的面积相当于1~2株烟(约0.3~0.7平方米)所占的面积。抽样估测成虫种群密度时,以1株烟作抽样单位较适宜。用Kuno 序贯抽样模型计算出了成虫和卵块的序贯抽样表和抽样图,用Iwao 提出的公式计算出了估测种群密度时的理论抽样数,并拟合出了估测成虫和卵块密度的经验式,即λ_(成虫)=1.5591(-lnp_(?))~(1.0833)和λ_卵=1.1945(-lnp_(?))~(1.0468)。调查成虫数量时,不同取样法的优序为:平行线>对角线>棋盘式>简单随机。
Using Taylor’s law of power and Iwao’s m-m regression analysis to determine the aggregation intensity of adults and egg masses, the adults and the egg masses were all clustered in the tobacco fields. Sequential sampling tables and sampling plots of adults and egg masses were calculated using Kuno sequential sampling model. The theoretical sampling number for population density estimation was calculated using the formula proposed by Iwao, and the results of estimating the adult and egg mass density Λ_ (adult) = 1.5591 (-lnp_ (?)) ~ (1.0833) and lambda_eps = 1.1945 (-lnp_ (?)) ~ (1.0468). When investigating the number of adults, the order of different sampling methods is: parallel line> diagonal> checkerboard> simple and random.
