近年来,房地产交易会(即 房交会)不仅作为一种楼盘促销工具,被政府、房地产行业协会、中介机构和发展商所重视;而且随着房地产行业市场化运作的不断加强,以及房地产市场非价格竞争加剧,房交会作为一种收集有关房地产市场信息的媒介价值,也被越来越多的房地产开发商、中介机构或传统的市场调研机构等所认识。本文拟对房交会住宅消费需求调研中存在的一些主要问题进行分析,以正确认识房交会调研及其报告的指导性。
