我们以往的工作表明:刺激大鼠下丘脑弓状核(ARC)能产生明显的镇痛效应;新生期大鼠腹腔注射谷氨酸一钠(monosodium glutamate, MSG)选择性地破坏下丘脑弓状核神经元后,吗啡镇痛、针刺镇痛和应激镇痛效应均明显降低,下丘脑弓状核是脑内β-内啡肽能神经元胞体集中的一个核团,本实验用行为测痛结合生化测定的方法,观察纳洛酮对刺激弓状核镇痛效应的影响,以进一步挥讨刺激弓状核镇痛效应的机制。
