一、引言 CuNi10Fe合金在冷、热海水中都具有很好的耐腐蚀性能。受到海水冲刷的设备日益增多,为节省贵重材料,对这类设备建议采用CuNi10Fe合金和钢复合的材料。本文研究的目的是确定这种轧制复合材料的最佳焊接参数,特别是检验这种焊缝的耐腐蚀性能。因为焊接时(类似于点焊、堆焊和补焊),Fe会从基体钢混到焊缝里来,而CuNi10Fe的耐腐蚀性能取决于Fe的最佳含量,其值可通过调整达到约1.5%。含Fe量太低会降低耐腐蚀性,含Fe量太高又影响表面的点状腐蚀性能。因此应该通
I. Introduction CuNi10Fe alloy has good corrosion resistance in cold and hot seawater. Due to the increasing amount of equipment washed by seawater, CuNi10Fe alloy and steel composite materials are recommended for such equipment in order to save valuable materials. The purpose of this study is to determine the optimum welding parameters for this rolled composite, in particular to test the corrosion resistance of such welds. Due to the fact that Fe is mixed into the weld seam from the base steel during welding (similar to spot welding, surfacing and welding), the corrosion resistance of CuNi10Fe depends on the optimum Fe content and can be adjusted to about 1.5 %.
