文中针对冷库建筑中的保温系统设计进行了深入介绍和探讨。采用正确的保温系统及构造才能使冷库建筑设计达到安全节能高效的目的。冷库保温设计首先要选择保温体系,根据实际情况选择,不能搞一刀切。在设计时,要尽可能避免冷桥的产生。有些冷桥是因为建筑结构形式或设备管道安装等方面的原因不可避免的,就应采取各种构造措施进行处理。容易产生冷桥的部位主要有地坪、墙身、结构柱身、楼板、库内外连通过道、管道穿保温层、设备吊点等。设计构造节点时,应结合结构、材料等因素综合考虑,冷库的保温设计需要细致耐心的研究和探讨并不断创新,以适应新形势的发展。
In this paper, the design of insulation system in cold storage building is introduced and discussed in depth. With proper insulation system and structure, cold storage building design can achieve the goal of safety, energy conservation and efficiency. Fridge insulation design must first select the insulation system, according to the actual situation of choice, can not engage in a knife-all. In the design, to avoid the cold bridge as much as possible. Some cold bridges are inevitable due to the structural form of the building or the installation of the equipment and pipelines, and various structural measures should be taken for handling. Easy to produce parts of the cold bridge are mainly floor, wall, structure column, floor, inside and outside the reservoir connected through the channel, pipe insulation, equipment hanging point. Design and construction of nodes, should be combined with the structure, materials and other factors into account, cold storage insulation design needs careful and patient research and discussion and continuous innovation to adapt to the new situation.
