In recent years, along with the rapid socio-economic development in our country and the initiation of industrial restructuring, great progress has been made in the education of mechanics. The development of mechanics education put forward higher requirements for the archives management of mechanic colleges and universities. Archival research work is the most important part of archives construction in technical college and plays an active role in all kinds of school work. However, it is regrettable that at present many file structures in technical institutions are irrational and their composition is not optimized.
